pokemon hgss triumphant booster box HeartGold & SoulSilver: Opening Every Pokemon Box: HS

There is likely a reliable way to build your deck so that Last Turn doesnt run into this issue, and the upside of this card is absolutely absurd if your opponent cant stop it

Number C103: Ragnafinity X WATER Rank 5 [ Fairy / XyzEffect ] ATK 2800 DEF 2400 3 Level 5 monsters Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls

PHNI-JP022 Aromalylith Rozalina (Aromalylith Rozalina) Level 1 DARK Plant Tuner Effect Monster ATK 0 DEF 0 You can only use the (1)st and (2)nd effects of this cards name each once per turn

This deck is brought to us by UnlimitedK and at first glance it seems to be a fairly standard Duelist Kingdom Yugi deck profile, however they do include all 5 pieces of Exodia which some may claim to not exactly follow the anime canon (thanks Weevil)

It's a riff on Birthing Boughs, which has a similar activated ability with the numbers tweaked just a bit differently
